Actually, Trump isn't. You aren't convicted in a civil case, and since you missed the news, it was tossed out last week, so he is free and clear. He also hasn't been sentenced in the NY case, so he isn't convicted of anything, but that case will be tossed as well. Clinton may not be running, but you lose all moral high ground when you have someone with the same history you are accusing Trump of (Epstein and the rest) actively campaigning for Harris.
