If Harris, can get say 5-6% of them to vote for her, she wins PA. I don't believe in polls much. The primary votes are much more revealing. Not to mention, Harris has raised more money, the Dems ground game to get out the vote is much stronger, the number of new voter registrants aslo favors the Dems. Early voting also seems to support Harris as well and outproducting biden in 2020 thus far.
