We've recovered so well from the pandemic that if those countries were states right now, they'd be among the very poorest. Update on this, for the first time, I saw a sign with Harris on it yesterday. But it wasn't for her. It said "Harris = Higher Taxes". So it was 'anti' Harris but that's the only sign (or anything) that I've seen with her name on it. That could be because Northern Virginia is so dark blue that they didn't feel the need to do anything in Virginia and I don't think there's any real risk of them losing Virginia.
