Her contention is that specifically in Iowa abortion has been a motivating issue in the races for Congress that are leaning Democrat. That's half the state. This is showing in the polling up to the White House race. It's not unreasonable that it would have an effect, I'm skeptical it's going to change the outcome at the top.
