My wife voted this morning. She got there shortly after the polls opened and was done in about half an hour. She said the line was long but moving quickly and steadily. I don’t think I’ve ever been told what number voter I am when I vote. I might ask today just out of curiosity. I think I’m going to try to time it between morning rush and lunch time, so head over around 10 or so.

November 5, 20241 yr My daughter is still on the books here in Chesco just being recently married and living in Montco. We will be meeting and voting after work, then going out to dinner. Edited to add that I am so glad the commercials will stop. It was maddening trying to watch the local news channel.

As I remember, when I sign in I get handed a white card that looks like a hotel key card, then when they call me to the booth I give that card to the person and they swipe a card to activate the machine for me to vote. Then they tear the bottom off and hand it to us along with the virtue signal sticker.
