You say that like not being turned into a DC bureaucrat is a bad thing. You use his personal life because it applies to what exactly as Sec Def? 20 years in the military and the right outlook on what needs to be done is more than enough. You have the media/leftists spin but I'd watch him on the Sean Ryan show talking about where we are weak and that's why he has the job.
