In Iowa, they are experiencing sub-freezing temperatures as DeSantis and Haley prepare for tonight's GOP debate. Below zero temps are expected for the caucus Jan. 15.

I suppose hell is freezing over?

Chris Christie dropping out

Chris Christie dropping out

"If we put him back behind the desk at the Oval Office, and a choice is needed to be made about whether to put himself first or you [the public] first, how much more evidence do you need? He will put himself first,” Christie said.

There's an unforced error on Christie's part.

Chris Christie caught on hot mic slamming GOP opponents moments before dropping out

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was caught on a hot mic Wednesday slamming his Republican opponents, most notably Nikki Haley.

His comments came just before he spoke at a town hall in Windham, New Hampshire, where he announced he was ending his bid for the presidency.

"She’s gonna get smoked,” Christie said of Haley without mentioning her by name. "And you and I both know it. She’s not up to this.”

He also was heard calling DeSantis "petrified," but its unclear what he was saying DeSantis was "petrified" of.

Trump reacted to Christie dropping out of the race by posting on Truth Social he agreed with him that Haley was going to get "smoked."

Was that self serving? Because it sounded self serving.

Low turnout favors the raving crazy cultists, obviously.

There are a lot of people who only vote for their party so if he's it then they'll vote for him. That's why it's important to make him not eligible IMO

ok, someone pinch me because i am obviously still asleep.

In Trump's townhall last night he claimed that he was solely responsible for ending abortion in the country, and went on to argue that he was a better president than Lincoln because Lincoln should have kept slavery in the U.S. to keep the south happy.

The party thing is real.  I truly cannot believe when friends tell me they will never vote for a democrat.  Doesn't matter who it is.  The nominee could likely be Trump and he gets their vote---NO matter what he is or what he has done.

This makes absolutely ZERO sense to me, and why I am not registered with a party.

And as a bonus, this storm should cover up the vapor trail from the space laser quite nicely. I love when technology works so seamlessly!

The weather in Iowa will be interesting to see which candidate's caucus goers are more motivated.

Interesting. Did he really say that? Cause I know he really believes it.

Oh Loomer.  Cause it never snows or gets cold in Iowa.  What a complete f’ing moron.

Only thing more predictable than Trump winning tonight’s Iowa caucus was the Eagles’ performance tonight.

If trends continue I still think it's possible another dem candidate comes out of the convention as the nominee.

Could be and likely is the plan. The longer the card is held to the vest the less time for negative press.

Sadly on both counts
