RFK is a particularly bad choice for spoiler if the goal is to syphon votes from Biden. Trump's losing votes from the center/moderate right, not the crazies and only the crazies are wooed by chants of "More Measles Outbreaks". No Labels would've had a better shot but they can't get anyone on board.

If I lived in a competitive state, I'd likely vote for Biden because I find Trump to be an abhorrent imbecile. So I'd deal with 4 more years of a bad President to prevent a catastrophic one. But Biden is winning CA no matter what, so it's 3 straight votes for the Libertarian for me.

There is a group of potential Biden voters that will simply vote for the Kennedy name.
