Question is where is the break-even point? If Harris can win NC or FL it's a certain electoral college win for her. For Trump, it's the rust belt: PA, MI, WI.

Yeah I'm not sure why they included that one. Especially since they didn't include the really explicit stuff.  They buried their own lede 

With PA and North Carolina Harris wins, Even without Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah. This is about as close as it gets. Harris has many more paths then Trump to an Electoral map victory.
