Looks like New York’s law will supersede Florida and Trump will be eligible to vote.

What standards govern eligibility to vote after a felony conviction?

  • A felony conviction in Florida for murder or a sexual offense makes a person ineligible to vote in Florida unless and until the person’s right to vote is restored by the State Clemency Board.
  • For any other felony conviction in Florida, a person is eligible to register and vote if the person has completed all terms of his or her sentence. Completion of the sentence means:
    • Prison or jail time;
    • Parole, probation, or other forms of supervision; and
    • Payment of the total amount of all fines, fees, costs, and restitution ordered as part of the felony sentence.

Note:  Such person may alternatively apply to have his or her right to vote restored by the State Clemency Board.

  • A felony conviction in another state makes a person ineligible to vote in Florida only if the conviction would make the person ineligible to vote in the state where the person was convicted.
  • An offense on which a person was not adjudicated guilty does not make a person ineligible to vote.
  • A misdemeanor conviction does not make a person ineligible to vote.

Bummer.

Just so I'm understanding this correctly... we're advocating for people... human beings... to do mathematics faster and more accurately than machines? And do it with less risk of cheating?

Am I reading this last page right, chat?

Yes, they are really that dumb

Maybe I’m overestimating the average American’s intelligence. I feel like they know, they just don’t care.

They get all their "news" and "facts" from a bunch of morons on twitter, which have taken people who weren't very bright to begin and dumbed them down even further. Looking at the sheer crap that people like Procus and Zuker post, makes me wonder how they even function on their own day to day.

Early election cheating by the GOP may be illegal.

How shocking.

Seriously, you do and are lying about it. Absolutely pathetic.

I'm asking you to please remind me. I don't remember everything I say in passing, but I'd be happy to talk about it if you did. Dial it back.

"Remind me about that thing I am pretending I don't remember". Nahhh, no need, we both remember it perfectly.

We also both remember you gloating that Trump's SCOTUS was going to hand him the election even if he lost. Great times!

You can laugh at yourself.  It disproves your assertion that no one complained about elections before Trump.

The election where the Supreme Court stopped the recount with Bush ahead by 500 votes?

This is the part that just baffles me. He is a horrible excuse for a human, in every way possible.

He proves this again and again, but nothing he says or does matters to his cult.

VOTE WORD SALAD 2024

Except that I never made that assertion. Of course there have been isolated complaints, but no one has ever claimed they lost because of wide spread fraud by the other side the way trump has. No one has tried to overturn the election results to the extent Trump has. No one ever invited an angry mob to storm the Capitol. Can you remind us of how many courts stop the steal cases trump won? How about the cases that were laughed out of court because of zero evidence?

Have you considered volunteering to be a poll worker/watcher, or would you rather cry like a loser beech?

Only Trump can make Dick Cheney and I agree.

Morons look down on you, thinking, "Damn, that boy is a real idiot."

The only reason no one looks down on you is because you're on your knees, behind a wall, at a truck stop.

Because politics isnt necessary to function day to day. Twitter has also taken intelligent types like you and made them into a different variety of idiot who think of politics first

I don't go on the twitter too much. In reality, this is my only outlet to talk about politics. My family are mostly Trumpers, and I love them and want to keep it that way, so I stay away from political discssions. My friends and I have more important things to discuss like "Is Lurie finally going to fire Siranni after this season, and who might replace him".

😆

In what could be a massive game changer in the 2024 presidential election, the union representing workers from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has endorsed Kamala Harris.

Nebraska legislature is apparently one vote short of being able to switch to a winner take all system which would essentially give Trump a free EV and make a 269-269 deadlock much more likely. It's ish like this that makes me never want to vote for a Republican ever again. They can't win fairly, so they cry about cheating for 4 years, meanwhile they try to pull backhanded ish like this all the time. F these losers, every single one of them. So unbelievably embarrassing.

Yup. The goal isn't to stop cheating. It's to get their way.

He said nobody complained about election security, you chuckle F. The legal disputes that happened in 2000 was not about election security, nobody was claiming there were Chinese ballots with bamboo fibers or hacked voting machines. Read more, post less.

His point is if these rubes are stupid enough to believe the lies about simple stuff that's easily verifiable, how are they not penniless by now from falling for every other single scam on the planet.
