People are really stupid, but I don't think RFKs giving him much there. He'd only bring a fraction of the people that vote for him in the primary (which will be small) over to the Trump ticket. The far left is anti-establishment but they hate Trump more than anyone. It's also a pretty hard sell to the actual small government conservatives to hold their nose and vote for Trump when he's elderly and has a far left running mate.
July 12, 20232 yr This F'n guy... Quote A planned visit to New Hampshire by Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) for an event hosted by bipartisan group No Labels reportedly has Democrats alarmed, fearing it might signal his intention to mount a third-party presidential campaign. No Labels has publicly contemplated backing a "unity” campaign in 2024, which Democrats worry could siphon support from President Joe Biden. Manchin, who will appear alongside former Republican Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman at the group’s "Common Sense” event, said he’s undecided on a 2024 bid. "I haven’t ruled out anything or ruled in anything,” Manchin told CNN on Wednesday.

Because the main goal for most Dem voters is to ensure that your country isn't run by MAGA loonies and Q-freaks. So whoever votes for this hypothetical 3rd party was likely not voting Dem anyway. But hey, after 2016, I'm always bracing for a surprise.
July 13, 20232 yr Doug Burgum is offering $20 to people donating $1 to his campaign. Is that legal? https://www.npr.org/2023/07/11/1186991717/doug-burgum-gift-cards-gop-republican-primary-debate How can this be legal? The GOP is shameless.
July 13, 20232 yr Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Press Dinner Derailed By Intense Farting Quote Here, it seems, Dechert sensed the need for a new rhetorical tack, and let rip a loud, prolonged fart while yelling, as if to underscore his point, "I’m farting!” The room, which included a handful of journalists as well as RFK Jr.’s campaign manager, former Rep. Dennis Kucinich, was stunned, seemingly unsure about whether Dechert was farting at Haden-Guest personally or at the very notion of global warming.

July 13, 20232 yr I believe Congress should hold a hearing on who farted and the FBI should conduct an investigation to identify who farted and arrest them as soon as possible. We need to get to the bottom of this.

July 13, 20232 yr Quote In the wake of the indictment, the former New Jersey mayor knocked his fellow Republicans for defending Trump’s conduct. "How about blame him?” Christie said during a CNN town hall last month. "He did it … He took documents he wasn’t supposed to take. He kept them when he was asked for them back? They got a grand jury subpoena. He refused to comply. They raided his home finally because he refused to comply … All those things were brought on himself, as was this indictment,” "Everyone’s blaming the prosecutors. He did it. It’s his conduct,” he added.
