And I certainly don't want judges that have to campaign for votes. Federal judges are all appointed, and they are generally light years better than local ones.

They are selling it under the guise of protecting the state from becoming California with all the people moving in. I'm not kidding, some reps literally said that. I obviously lean right, but I'll be voting that BS down along with voting for every Dem on the local level in protest.
