Remember when Bush crashed the economy in 2008 due to years of his reckless economic policy? Then Bush had to create the TARP program to bailout the failing banks? As soon as Obama took office he put into place economic stimulus to jumpstart the economy. It began almost a decade of slow, steady growth until the Covid recession. Trump just had to ride the wave.
