Embiid was holding his eye a ton last game.  First I thought he was being a baby but then he just never stopped messing with it and I knew there must be something wrong.

If he really can't blink, could he another orbital fracture.

First round loss has to equal trade Embiid this off season or next trade deadline latest. Still think the Sixers can win in 6 as long as they win tonight.

You think Embiid can stay healthy for 5 more games?

If no maxey, and a gimpy Embiid, I dont see them winning this game or the series.

stay healthy? I feel happy for him if he can just manage to stay alive at this point. that feels like a huge win.

I mean Josh Hart turned into prime Steph Curry at the end of last game and we only lost by a little with Embiid out most of the 2nd quarter. I don’t see that happening again. I think with a gimpy Embiid, we can still take them in 6. If he is out for games, that’s a different story. Maxey’s d on Brunson has been good.

Brunson also shot 30% and 16% from 3.

Their team shot 45% from 3 while our team shot 34%.

Maxey also shot 33% from 3. My point is, they aren’t some scary juggernaut. With a 75% Embiid on the floor, I still think we are the better team. Rebounding is the one major area of concern.

Maxey shoots 37% on the year so he wasn't far off his average. Brunson is 40% on year.

Knicks were 1st this year in offensive rebounding as I said multiple times. Knicks got 23 on Saturday.

Sixers shoot 36% for the year

We will see tonight. It’s do or die. Win tonight and they can take it in 6. Lose tonight and it’s probably a gentlemen’s sweep.

Always used to seem like Boston would have amazing shooting nights against us while we shot poorly too. Sometimes the better team shoots well and causes problems for the worst team and makes them shoot poorly. Thats what happens against Boston. NY might be the better team.

We will see.

Maxey gets 35 and goes 6-10 from 3! Sixers win.

Might need 50, Embiid doesn't look good and Knicks trying to put him in pick and roll every chance they get.

Hart even said nothing was there

What is going on with that eye

They missed a goaltending call right or am I seeing things?

Yes but Brunson has struggled against the Sixers all year, not like that first game for him was some anomaly.

the knicks stink...they're getting bailed out by turrible officiating.

I guess

The 3rd quarter pace has definitely increased and doesn't help Embiid
