July 10, 20242 yr Council is forcing it too much. He is playing a style he wouldn’t be able to play if he got minutes for us off the bench. The confidence was always there but he has to learn when to turn it on and went to go cruise control and wait for his spot. He can also do a better job of trying to rebound.

Which is a really good fit for the team that they have. I just find it a crap thing to do by Kawhi Leonard to pull out now and say he’s focusing on the upcoming season and that’s why he’s leaving. You couldve done that prior to even going to vegas and even a couple months back. Wouldn’t be surprised if he tweaked his knee during one of the scrimmages and that’s the real reason but his team is putting it as he’s focusing on next season.
