More proof that fire melts steel if it's hot enough. I hope there are no injuries or deaths as a result of the tanker fire.

Scary accurate

generally good advice

Hmmm. I wonder how a tanker truck explodes and catches fire under I-95. Could this be a case of domestic terrorism?

But Whatabout the Mossad?

There is a good reason we changed from the Keystone State to the Expect Delays State.

I am curious to see how fast this gets repaired. How slow or fast does the wheels of the govt move on this.

someone on twitter - so take it fwiw - said when something similar happened in Georgia they were able to get it repaired quickly, in about 6 weeks.

they're talking 6 months in Philly.

we'll see if the unions can make an exception to their normal dragging of feet and grifting to allow a repair of the most important road in Philly on a more expedited timeline. or if they just use it as leverage for a cash grab.

If you watch that video till the end you can see the guy driving right over the tanker fire as the road is literally buckling beneath him. It collapsed minutes later.
