How slow or fast does the wheels of the govt move on this. someone on twitter - so take it fwiw - said when something similar happened in Georgia they were able to get it repaired quickly, in about 6 weeks. they're talking 6 months in Philly. we'll see if the unions can make an exception to their normal dragging of feet and grifting to allow a repair of the most important road in Philly on a more expedited timeline. or if they just use it as leverage for a cash grab.
