I think they can afford to go for a defensive coach and have Moore run the offensive side of the ball. Their defense is a bit of a mess at the moment looking at the raw numbers, they're bottom end of the league other than 3rd down percentage. If they go offensively they may look at Bobby Slowik, what he has done with Stroud and the Texans offense is pretty impressive.
