VanHammersly
I was going to start a poll with options like "I always vote for the candidate with the most indictments", "I'm just a fan of losing", "I live in a retirement community in Florida" and "Communist Ghost Cities!", but instead I really want to know why. He's leading every other Republican candidate by a mile and there's just no way that every right winger on here is planning on voting for someone else. So, don't be ashamed, let me know what policies and leadership characteristics separate him from the pack. @Kz!, @mikemack8, @The_Omega, @Mike31mt, @Procus @lynched1

Kz!
I'm a libertarian, so I won't be voting in any primary. It's Justin Amash or bust for me in 2024! 1

I’m not interested in going to the LPPA Convention to sit through presentations by the likes of Vermin Supreme, though he is a very nice guy, just to vote for Amash. Not even sure Amash is a lock for the LP nomination. I’ll vote for Christy in the GOP primary and Amash for the general. 1

Captain F
I'm registered independent. Both sides have policies that i like and dislike. It really depends on how the 4 years between elections go as to who I'll vote for. Is the country doing good? Am I living good? No change needed. Is the country struggling? Am I worse off now then before? Vote for change. I have never understood people who choose a side and stick with it no matter how bad it is.. no matter how long. Sometimes change is needed.. I'll vote for whoever I think the best person is. Republican. Democrat. Independent.

VanHammersly
Thanks for all the great responses, guys! What a spirited debate. As always, I appreciate the engagement. But seriously, @Kz! @mikemack8 @Mike31mt @Procus @The_Omega, just give me one reason why you prefer him to the other candidates in the field. I’ll even accept answers that have nothing to do with policy, like "He’s just the right mix of fat, corrupt and retarded” or "My mother did hard drugs while I was in the womb”.
