Throw. Strikes.

god this is horrible.

Soto doesn't have it tonight... same as Game 1.

where is jamie moyer?

Throw. Strikes. Dammit

Soto is a tough watch

The bats…forgivable that they cooled off for a bit.  The starting pitching…outstanding.

The bullpen, all playoffs…it’s luck.  They are all all over the place.  Jam after jam.

He threw that 56 feet.

Soto makes Dominguez look like Greg Maddux out there

Well... that keeps the DP in order.

EDIT:  I'm a moron.  There's 2 outs now.

feels like a win if they can limit it to 1 run.

Not sure id keep Soto in there even for this last AB.

Do these broadcasters watch a different game than the rest of us?   That was from his knee, not 'his feet'.

WOW.  A lot of trust in the rookie after he got blistered last night.

Not sure how I feel about caulkring right now

The kid needs to trust that heater he has.   It can't be all sweepers/sliders/breaking balls.

Orion’s Belt.

I think they should probably let the outfielders pitch at this point. clearly theyre out of major league caliber pitchers tonight.

Yeah...wth

hopefully his breaking ball is working today

Yup.  I guess the counter point to that is that Soto is more likely to give up a run off a wild pitch than a hit.  He probably walks the bases loaded and you can just take him out then.

As long as its down.   Last night they were high and in the zone.

Again, "battle to .500” is the peak. Doesn’t mean he’ll get there, just where he might be able to top you out at. If he was better he’d "battle for the division” or "battle for #1 seed”.

we don't disagree too much here and it's not really all that worth it to talk about here when everyone wants to talk about baseball.

Those are put away pitches.  He needs to throw the heater for a strike.
