I've been saying this all year so far. This is their RZ offense. QB run, KG, QB draw to get as close as possible.  It's every RZ trip.

Forget personnel, biggest mismatch here is McDaniel vs. Brian Johnson. Would rather have have a PS CB cover Tyreek Hill 1:1 than this

Brian Johnson needs to go. Now. 

Not much to say about the red zone play calling.  It CAN'T be that hard.   Throw a flanker screen.. throw a fade to AJ Brown or Julio.  Throw a post to the TE.   In other words, give the QB a chance to THROW the ball. 

 

Only two things to say about that... either Johnson is a moron, or Johnson has ZERO trust that Hurts won't turn the ball over.   The turtling up in the red zone is just baffling.   The team needs to have an insurrection against this garbage play calling.  

I get that play worked ONCE.  But it hasn’t worked the freaking 5 times you’ve run it since.  Time to move on, please.

Yeah i thought for sure he was gonna try to get around him and hit him with a stiff arm if he couldn’t. That play was doomed if he was just gonna go down as soon as the defender got near him and a bad play to call if that’s the case

Use Goedert and Julio in the red zone.

RZ issues all year and game 7 still an issue, won't win here with 3's

FFS can we get some decent timing passes and zone beaters for 3rd and long in the RZ and not run 3 times even when we lose 2 yards on the first run? Just stupid play calling.

They ran that qb draw in hopes of getting to tush push range.

I love the tush push as much as anyone, when needed…but you don’t build your offense around trying to get into tush push situations.
