Most interesting part is that its opening night... and Harden is no where to be seen.  Hopeful that he'll truly be gone soon.  Sad part is that they got rid of the giant stench that was Ben Simmons... only to replace it with a different stench.   And yet they had other BETTER options, but the GM was strangely obsessed with only one guy, rather than making the best deal.

Over the years there have been some pretty stupid things said here in the Blog ... I have even said one or two of them myself, but the comment above by EaglePhan1986 is one of the all time worst/stupidest comments ever made here.  It is definitely in the top 5, and quite possibly is #1. 

Why is it so stupid?  Let me count the ways (1) it is about Jason Kelce, one of the greatest Eagles of all time.  (2) It is asking Kelce to be disloyal to his family.  (3) It is asking Kelce to consciously/willfully do damage to a business that he co-own.  (4) The business is a family business, doubling down on the disloyalty to family.  (5) Taylor Swift is totally irrelevant to football.  (6) Taylor Swift is even more irrelevant to the Eagles.  (7) The complaint is that Kelce is "just soaking it in" which might have been relevant with Chamberlain's approach to Hitler, but ... (8) The 2024 Eagles will almost surely be a better team if Kelce chooses to play.  Demanding that he retire is almost surely inconsitent with the best interests of the team.

The Mods should seriosly consider giving a "stupidity break."

Jason is our last hope with that family. I've been talking about Donna for a while and how annoying she's been on top of Travis and his whole situation.

Literally every 3 commercials as Travis Kelce in it. I don't get it.

Thats hard to believe. Watching that Amazon documentary which was filmed before LAST season if you didnt know better (that he came back for this year) youd think he definitely retired.

I can not possibly imagine him coming back again.
