I saw someone post that AJ is on pace for 1995 yards which would be a record - didn’t Megatron break 2,000?

Both.  They haven't been good in the red zone this season, aside from the turnovers.  Too many QB draws... in fact now that Hurts is banged up, we might get better, because they can't just rely on his legs to fix the RZ issues.

Julio Jones is a positive step towards RZ improvements. Like the read option they ran today. Big target. Expect clutch RZ catches from him going forward.

I’m hoping it is too. If it’s not I’m sending messages that lack of focus and doing this is completely unacceptable. If anything he should be benched next week at minimum.

Love aj brown but there’s a chance his record would get beat the same day by tyreek who’s on pace for 2155 yards

At least in Philly we resort to calling guys bums and not the racist tweets we saw towards the Vikings RB.

Yep.  Him, AJ & Goedert would be 3 huge targets in the RZ - difficult to cover all 3

We legitimately should have scored 50 today. We had a fumble at the 1 and 3 on first down. This ain’t the day to complain about playcalling.

Agreed that overall our offense was good.

Fair to say that today is about the defense.

Burrow looks healthy again

1964 yards including his share of that 5 games at 125+ in a row record. (which AJ just extended to 6 to hold the record by himself)

The Eagles’ offense needs to clean up the red zone and silly mistakes like fumbles. We don’t need a new playcaller.

The red zone is fine more times than not when Swift is the working back. The play calling hasn’t been perfect down there but I really think Gainwell is 50% to blame for the issues there. Swift has to be accounted for even if he’s not getting the ball.

No shot for whatever reason, I'll believe it when I see it. I'm on board with trading for someone.

I think bringing in a senior offensive consultant to help Johnson will playcalling should at the very least be considered.

This is something I suggested a few weeks ago.

I find it odd that they brought in Fangio as a consultant to Gannon last season, but Johnson is being give a lot of rope with very little experience.

And 2 RZ fumbles.   Do they not matter anymore?    Those plays CAN'T happen.  And turnovers have been a theme for this season.  It needs to be cleaned up.

Denver is playing their Super Bowl today against KC.

Could the unstoppable 49ers drop 3 straight?

Purdy was nearly picked off just now.

Which is what I meant by clean up the red zone…

Division games... its not just the Eagles and Washington.  Weird things can happen due to familiarity.

That has to be an all-time performance.

Oh they count. Bad sometimes you get bad luck. There were 3 fumbles today by both teams and Washington recovered all 3.

The running game has been inconsistent - looking forward to Jurgens getting back.

I don’t think Swift gets any kind of special attention from the defense compared to Gainwell, but he’s certainly the superior player. The Eagles should act like it. But I don’t think that’s on Brian Johnson.

I like this but I was hoping for that blizzard game.
