True. I hate to lump Blankenship in with that. He flashed a few times with tackling and should have had an interception. Time for Brown to get in there. Will improve. And like to see more of Ellis. Always seems to be around  the ball. Cunningham needs to be 3rd/4th man going forward. Morrow should come in and probably get a crack as well.

Well this is already a typical primetime NFC East division game.

I feel like they lost a whole first half due to weather. When things lightened up their drive got stalled by a bad chop block call. Then it was pretty much half time. No excuse not to feature Goedert in sloppy games like this. No clue why they didn't have Penny active to get some tough yards for them. Gainwell should not be the lead carry guy. Sprinkle him in for change of pace.

They didn't even utilize the guy they traded for and bragged about stealing or the guy they signed the first week of free agency. Horrible horrible decisions by Howie and Siri.

Yeah... I don't think we see anything different.   They are 2-0 in openers the last two years not playing the starters.  But... it helps that they are matched up against mediocre teams to start the season too.   Detroit 9-8 last year, I figure that's about the ceiling for the Pats this year too.
