Yup, he tried to blame it on the league but it wasn't just the super bowl it was a problem all year last year and this year it still is.

It's a total joke that the NFL allows games to be played on that field, especially the biggest game the super bowl.

I'd be fine if the league decideef to mandate every team use the same playing surface.

Just straight up grass but it'll never happen.

The rugby world cup just finished, every game was on the same surface, all around the world rugby is played on the same surface natural grass.

In pro basketball they all play on wood courts, no teams play on sport court, or asphalt or tennis court or carpet( I hate playing on carpeted b ball courts.)

So why can't the NFL do the same???

Maybe. But he’s 23. If he plays til 32 even at the level slay did last year then it’s nearly a decade.

Yes... but if he plays like it for 7 years, he's Bradberry.  The magic number has always been 30 and for good reason.  Anything beyond that is gravy,  not something to really be counted on, which is why we are worried about our CBs right now.

What a crap call on the defender on OBJ

Would have been nice to have Seattle lose, but they still play us, Dallas, the 49ers twice, Baltimore, etc. We should be ok there.

Another SF loss is very nice. 

Next week's game is the biggest of the season. Going 8-1 before the bye with the mini-break over Dallas? HUGE. Even if we lose the 2nd Dallas game, we'd be ok due to NFC tiebreakers.

Speaking of the Bengals, I genuinely believe that if we faced them instead of the Chiefs we'd have won that SB.  The Bengals had a better defense but their offense wasn't nearly as good as KC, that crappy field would've negated their defensive advantage just like it did the Eagles.

Even if it’s 7 that’s an eternity in the nfl. That’s 7 years you don’t have to worry about one spot. I know they are not going to do it but i wouldn’t be opposed especially knowing our firsts are back end of the first round and solved a long term problem.
