I’m just saying i wouldn’t have expected him back until after the bye week to begin with (like from the start of training camp is what i thought). I always thought that was the most realistic time he would join the eagles 

 

I know Janarius Robinson is nothing special. But if Howie doesn't land anyone in trade, can snatch him off Raiders PS. Trade Barnett for a conditional 6th and add him back on squad. Knows the system and can be added depth. Right now Graham & Barnett play very lil anyway and seem to be done here.

I suspect it was just pure instinct.  I see they are now mandating neck guards now, but too little too late.

Agree. A bye week start makes a ton of sense to get him in the building without needing to play on 48 hours notice. Can see the Gints looking his way too

I thought he had decent potential to be a rotational piece. Physical specimen for sure. BG and Barnett are playing 50% of the defensive snaps combined. That's nothing to sneeze at. They need someone to play those snaps and actually produce.

Probably won't work cap-wise but getting BGs replacement in this trade cycle, perhaps with our 2, and then using our 1 and NO 2 for Lane's replacement in the draft would work short and long term , talent-wise.

Seemed like Robinson was always around the ball. Only 24 and costs little. Barnett had 7 snaps yesterday. BG had 14. Robinson can handle 7 snaps. Ha. Keeping BG at low snap counts and saving him for playoffs is a good idea. That may be the plan here.

Saw Suh in his TV work in England and he definitely is waiting for the phone to ring and is ready to go. He mentioned the Ravens called as of late and are interested.

That's usually how it goes.  Goalies didn't wear any mask... until they did.  Because of the injuries to the goalies.

 

Helmets in football, due to deaths playing the sport.

 

Base coaches now wear batting helmets while in the field, because a minor league base coach got hit in the head and I think died from it.

 

People don't want the extra equipment, unless it is mandated by some tragedy.
