As a resident Gainwell defender Ill say his fumble was near-unforgivable given the game circumstance, and I had no idea he did this at halftime. Ridiculous.

I love how Sirianni played this though.

It seemed amazing because it was one of the first times this season that he broke a tackle. The guy didnt wrap up and Kenny spun off it. Everyone over-reacted to the run. It should be expected of an NFL RB to be able to break 1 tackle on the way to the end zone.

He’s play behind Gainwell too.

Let's go Raiders.

Morons on MNF saying we have "questions" on defense. So apparently the only game they watched was yesterday to say something so stupid. They had a bad day. That's it.

If 7-1 got questions, then the rest of the league got questions

Our defense is absolutely questionable.

They can shut people up by beating up Dallas on Sunday,

We do have questions. Washington has dropped 31 on us twice and we made Mac Jones look like Tom Brady. It’s a fair statement.

The only question so far seems to have been health.

Number six defense overall. Number one rushing. Middle of pack passing. Even with yesterday is a top ten D. And that's with having to defend some horrible turnovers.

It was the balance and body control that was impressive. Credit where credit is due.

Things a RB should be able to do. Things that seem incredible if Kenny JAG Gainwell actually does them.

Every team has questions. No team is perfect.

almost half of that touchdown total belongs to the Skins

WTF are they going to get back for him then if it's conditional since we sent a 7th

The re-signing of Noah Elliss to the Practice Squad last Wednesday was a tip that a trade for a DT was a distinct possibility.

Nah, that was a really good run. We can get a better player than Gainwell but that run was impressive. Definitely not routine.

If they play this stupid medicare commercial all through MNF I'm gonna lose my sht lol

Not routine- for him.

It's a shame that Avonte Maddox is on IR because he's the one guy on defense I have no doubt would be eager to lick that honey off Dak.

Perspective is always important.

For everyone claiming how bad the D is after one game in which yes it was very bad, they've also had some great games (Jets, Dolphins being two recent examples).

However, on these stats the yardage per game probably overvalues them a lot because the Eagles O plays keep away so well and limits time of possession for the other team but to somewhat counter that they have been committing a lot of turnovers as well. The TD allowed stat definitely sticks out vs the the other top 8 defences. Some red zone D improvement would go a long way.

My view is the D is probably middle of the pack - great pass rush, suspect in the back end.

Why does Sirianni sound more pisssed off about the fan?

I can’t recall Nick ever coming close to throwing one of his guys under the bus in a presser, so it shouldn’t be too surprising here even though Gainwell was clearly in the wrong. It’s just his coach speak and probably why he’s revered in the locker room too. There’s a difference between what he’s telling us and how that conversation probably went down though.

First, he says they didn’t push his tush hard enough. Now, this.

Eagles becoming sellers.  The Carter injury must be worse than publicly let on.

Or they are getting something back for a guy who was about to be cut (Julio, Evans, Cam Jurgens) - they need to clear 3 roster spots soon

Kenny G the last 3 weeks Is averaging 1.7 yards/ carry and fumbled in the goal line.

Meanwhile Scott is getting 1 snap a game🤷‍♂️

And Penny has been inactive.

I get backing your players up but I think it's pretty obvious to everyone else in the known multiverse that Kenny has been horrible this year.

He had a good play on a catch where he was left open then ran over a defender to pick up extra yards and he had the whirly bird TD last week but other than that I can't think of any other plays he's made this year?

His production doesn't deserve more PT why not give somebody else a shot like Scott or Penny???
