Good to see that Carter and Davis were full participants.  I hope Boston's ok.  I am not sure who that leaves returning kicks.  I wonder if we will see Devon Allen elevated instead of Penny.

Penny is on the roster doesn’t need to be elevated.

I'm curious if we will finally get to see Penny in game this Sunday since he should be active with Boston Scott out.

There’s been no explanation around Boston Scott. Until otherwise, I’m convinced Sirianni’s comments caused him to bounce.

That would be weird. He's been around the league a long time, should know the drill and be able to handle it. Unlike Gainwell and his childish tweet mistake.

Think he means from Jurgens

If he means that, then I think that is a bridge too far.  Jurgens was outstanding until he got hurt.

Yup right now.

Not sure when he'll be back but I'll take him over OZ.

OZ offers nothing, at least defenses have to respect Quez deep speed.

I wouldn't say OZ offers nothing. He does show up a lot blocking down field and hustling when he's not being targeted. I would also say the opposing defenses respect for Quez is more of a fan assumption than fact. Doubt they are going overboard to game plan for Quez when they have to worry about Brown, Smitty, and Goedert. Especially when he's not making plays down field. If they want someone fast to just run down field as some sort of decoy they can just put Allen out there with his olympic world class speed.

I just want him to make us not miss Jurgens, and then he can continue to develop from there in practice if Jurgens gets back.  Then we feel better about Kelce hanging up his cleats after the season

Except Allen has never shown the ability to actually play wr at the pro level.

Of course teams aren't game planning him but they're aware of him when he's on the field.

Kind of like Glew.

They're aware of everyone when they are on the field. I just doubt anyone fears Quez Watkins.

Question from @YoshkeZoidberg: Eli Ricks has been getting an increased amount of playing time as of late. Also, players like Josh Jobe, Josiah Scott, Bradley Roby, and Mario Goodrich have gotten CB snaps as well. How concerned should we be about Kelee Ringo?

Ricks, Scott, Roby, and Goodrich have all played in the slot. Ringo is an outside corner only, in my opinion. I would have been surprised if they played him inside.

It's worth noting that on the day the Eagles drafted Ringo, Howie Roseman was pretty clear that they were going to develop him over time.

"We felt like this was a 20-year-old kid who was a good kid, tremendous physical tools, and we really had an opportunity to develop him," he said. "He doesn't have to come in here and be a superhero. He can learn. We think we have tremendous veterans at that position who can show the way, and he can come in in a role where he's learning, and there's not a lot of pressure on him, and he can develop. We believe in the player and in the person."

I do think that's a fair concern that Jobe is ahead of him on the depth chart, since Jobe hasn't been super effective when he has played. I also think it's worth noting that, in my opinion, Ringo didn't often stand out in training camp.

He has appealing traits. He's 6'2, 207, and he runs a 4.36, but there's obviously something holding the Eagles back from trusting him in games, for now.

That is my take as well.

Oh, he knows.

The term "Glory Hole" can have two substantially different meanings depending on context. One is used in the oil wildcat business where Jerry made his $$$$$. I know it was the oil business and I think it was wildcatting. I'm sure he knows both meanings.

Here's another interesting snippet from Kempski's column

Question from @phillyphan036: If the Eagles could combine with any team to create a super team who would you pick?

I started by thinking about teams who have good players where the Eagles don't, and I landed on the 49ers. Here's what that 53-man roster would look like:

QB (3): Jalen Hurts, Brock Purdy, Sam Darnold

RB (4): Christian McCaffrey, Deebo Samuel, D'Andre Swift, Kyle Juszczyk

WR (6): A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, Brandon Aiyuk, Jauan Jennings, Julio Jones, Britain Covey

TE (3): George Kittle, Dallas Goedert, Jack Stoll

OL (9): Trent Williams, Landon Dickerson, Jason Kelce, Cam Jurgens, Lane Johnson, Jordan Mailata, Jake Brendel, Aaron Banks, Colton McKivitz

Edge (5): Haason Reddick, Nick Bosa, Josh Sweat, Chase Young, Brandon Graham

iDL (6): Jalen Carter, Javon Hargrave, Arik Armstead, Jordan Davis, Fletcher Cox, Milton Williams

LB (4): Fred Warner, Dre Greenlaw, Oren Burks, Nakobe Dean

CB (5): Charvarius Ward, Darius Slay, James Bradberry, Isaiah Oliver, Deommodore Lenoir

S (5): Talanoa Hufanga, Reed Blankenship, Tashaun Gipson, Kevin Byard, Sydney Brown

STs (3): Jake Elliott, Mitch Wishnowski, Rick Lovato

There is a reason why Pickens fell in the draft.

They fear him more than OZ just like Bill belichick in the super bowl feared Glew more than Fred X

What's the other?

You knew Pickens was bound to do something like this just based off his draft video

If I was Tomlin I'd leave a calendar in his locker with the trade deadline date circled.

Surrrree. I think you want them to fear him more than Oz. It's highly doubtful anyone cares until he actually makes a play or two. He's not doing that from the cold bath anyway
