    Swift clearly recovered and was down.   But we need to stop dropping the ball in the RZ.

    Ball was clearly dropped early.   But, clear evidence of a recovery by Swift as well.   Eagles ball at the 9.  2nd down.

    If that stands, we should be ripping for the ball 2 secs after every tackle
