My thoughts for long term we see Dean on the outside  when he comes back and then put the tackling machine Evans in the Middle once acclimated. Played there a bunch on Falcons and Titans. Cunningham and Morrow can fight for 3rd spot. Like Ellis as core Special teamer and a fill in.

Lito is a good reminder of first impressions.  He didn't dress the first few games of his career because he was too slight to contribute on STs.

Why would fans expect a linebacker who has just been signed to the practice squad -- and not the 53-man roster -- to suddenly become some kind of answer to our linebacker questions? And isn't it true that this guy Evans wasn't on any team's active roster this year? Sounds to me like this is a move that while it has very little downside, doesn't offer much hope of a meaningful upside.

Will be interesting to see how much.  My guess is they included a clause where they will agree to not tag him after this season and let him test free agency.
