There’s a really easy test for Achilles where you take your hand and feel the back of your ankle.

 If the context is saying Purdy is better than Geno then why is it not premature to anoint Geno after one good season in 9 seasons?  You think that large body of work for Geno works in his favor?  A first round bust that was awful and bounced around the league as a low end journeyman backup for a near decade before having one great season at 32 years old?  Because it definitely doesn't for me.  Meanwhile watching Purdy it's clear the kid has the it factor at QB. He's in the perfect situation for him just like Geno is in Seattle.  We got to see the two go up against each other in the playoffs and Purdy was significantly more poised and ready for the moment as a rookie than Geno was in his 9th season.
