Sorry, but Twitter links won't embed for me anymore.

I’ve been having this issue as well. I see others are able to embed though.

If only his tendons were immunized too.

Immunized, very funny.

No one wished him an injury but it's funny

Anyone think the Jets are calling Wentz's agent today?

Yeah, if anyone can share the trick, would be appreciated.

And now it worked...

EDIT: Instead of clicking "copy link" on the bottom, I just copied direct from he address bar. That made it embed.

What’s wrong with liking Jay Leno? He was better than any of the crap that’s out there nowadays.

Maybe this will be their push to get a better field. A lot of money/opportunity to piss away sticking to turf.

I also wonder if going with shorter turf cleats would lessen the total rate of injuries on there. Obviously there's a trade off with traction and injury risk, but for someone like a QB, I would think it's worth it to give up a bit of traction to hedge against knee and ankle injuries. Not saying that would've helped Rodgers in this case, that was probably just a combination of bad luck plus age. But in general, if teams are deadset on using a tight woven artifical turf, shorter cleats might be worth it for some positions to help reduce injury risk.

Allen seems to be closer to Wentz than Mahomes lately.

Uh...he wasn't funny and simply pandered to the lowest common denominator?

But yes, he's still better than Fallon. But he paled compared to Dave and Conan.

Conan was the one who should have kept that job. He had the best humor out of all of them. Leno did him dirty.

He's a comedian's comedian and would drop into clubs on Sunday and do guest sets....so yeah I like Leno.

Coincides with the loss of Daboll, but we also said that about Wentz with Reich. Only time will tell, I guess.

I was always a Letterman fan -- prefer the original. Conan was much more in the Letterman school; he's talked extensively about how much he looked up to Dave.

Conan's Tonight Show was great for that brief period. If you're never seen the interview he did on the Late Show where he and Dave trashed Jay...it's great.

Rodgers gets crucified by the sports media more for deciding not to get the vax than Deshaun Watson does for sexually harassing 30 women.

Rodgers warrants criticism for a LOT more than just that

Yep, Norm loooooved Leno's standup. Not as much as he loved Dave's, but still, he always said Leno was unfairly criticized for his comedy. His personality, on the other hand, had more mixed reviews from other comedians.

Wasn't Wentz problem (one of them anyway) in Philly was that the fan base was too hard on him when he didn't play well?

I'm sure that wouldn't happen in NY 😄

It's only Philadelphia that boos their players.

I judge Rodgers, and really any other athlete for that matter, based on how their teammates feel about them. And other than Greg Jennings who plays a cartoon character on TV like Skip Bayless and has to generate attention and eyeballs, none of Rodgers’ teammates has ever said anything negative about him. Driver, Jordy Nelson, Bakhtiari, Adams, Cobb, Lazard, Marcedes Lewis, etc all love the guy. Jets locker room loves him too.

Leno's standup and Leno's Tonight Show act weren't the same. He softened it all for TV. Then add in all his behind the scenes maneuvers...and it's no wonder almost all comedians prefer Dave to him.

Dave was an awkward standup, if you see his old sets on Carson. But it worked as a host.

I disagree. I thought Wentz took the fanbase and media like a champ. His issues were his inability to stay healthy, regression of play, and not being able to be coached out of his habits. It wasn’t a Ben Simmons situation with him.

I liked Rodgers. He was fun to watch when he wasn't playing against us

For some strange reason the Bills also are letting Allen run into tackles still

It's an injury waiting to happen
