Hopefully, this is the day that the Arryn Siposs Superbowl stink comes off. And we can start anew. Eagles have a thing for Braden Mann.  And I do see why. Based on growth potential and strong leg. Is an elite holder, elite kickoff specialist and can flip the field. Can also cover on field goals mid game if Elliott gets hurt, was a kicker before punting.  Guy has broken a bunch of NCAA records and will probably be our guy.

I always draft the kicker first so that way you don't have to worry about drafting any more of them.

No backup kicker?  You animal!

Sirianni declines to name the starting safety opposite Blankenship.

Pretty surprised they didn't make a trade for safety or LB the last couple weeks. Howie's had a pretty great offseason, but if either of those positions come back to bite the Eagles this season, he deserves criticism for neglecting them to such a degree.

Outkick is creepily obsessed with that girl. She's a pretty girl, but she does look really young.

In what world is a soon to be 21 year old barely legal?

I forgot about Mahorn.  He was good and that 89-90  team was probably one of the best teams Barkley played on with the Sixers.  They just didn't have much of anything off the bench and could not compete with the Bulls.

A very forgettable era of Sixers basketball.

I remember when they brought in "Shack"... I was excited, then found out it was Charles Shackleford.   He played with Armon Gilliam... what a putrid group of players to surround Sir Charles with.

Did he go through the whole PC and not get asked about Dallas G playing?

I don't think Sydney Brown will be the starter Week 1.  If he does, it says a lot about what they think of Evans and Edmunds.

That was the report right after it happened, but….

Evidently the police report mixed up the drivers, Jefferson was the dude who was under the influence, and the family of the victim said the guy doesn’t smoke or drink

I stand corrected.  So, in that case, how is he not deep in legal trouble?

TMZ Sports seems like a sketchy place to get info from. And it looks like that was the only outlet that reported that info, although a bunch of other places picked it up.

But it is possible that the investigation is ongoing, although it seems like there would be a criminal case by now if he was indeed impaired, and if nothing else, the police would have corrected the fact that they initially reported they mixed up the cars the two men were driving. Since that was never done, I would imagine he wasn't at fault. But it is possible that the case is still open.

This story is so confusing...

I always liked Peyton as a player.  (I thought Eli was overrated due to his name... and still do.).  But, I've got to tell you, I think I like Peyton Manning even more post-football.  Guy just doesn't take himself too seriously and is hysterical.  Good stuff.

I've heard some say Evans will likely start. I don't recall seeing/hearing about Edmunds doing much all TC/preseason - or Evans for that matter. I think it's only a matter of time until Brown or an acquisition take that spot.

I'd put Avonte Maddox at safety. Probably a step slow these days with the toe and played well earlier in his career. Desai is gonna be unpredictable  which I like.

First injury report is tomorrow.  Beats are getting smarter with not wasting their one question asking for anything Nick doesn’t have to reveal.  Even Roob with his starting S basically worded it as you aren’t going to reveal right? And as part of a "two admittedly unrelated parts”. So no, no injury info.   We won’t get the projection until Friday.

Not necessarily, it could reflect on what they think of Brown at this point more than be taken as a negative of the other two.
