Speaking of the draft and reflecting on the last two games

To that end I am really looking forward to watching Malachi Corley, WR, Western Kentucky, play against Ohio State today at 4pm.

He’s one of the most unique prospects at WR to come along in some time. He’s absolutely electric with the ball in his hands, able to make defenders miss with suddenness but also has power to break tackles. The biggest question with Corley is the competition he’s played against, so the Ohio State game will be huge for him.

1 catch for zero yards for Corley.

14 quick points for Colorado St.  They've been moving the ball.  Just had a stupid pick 6 while driving deep in Colorado territory.

Doubt they keep it up.

Who's the biggest Eagles clickbaiter on youtube?

Washington is absolutely dunking on Mich State...wow

Phenix.

And those WRs Odunze and Polk.

Fun team to watch.

I got Colorado state + 23.5

There really wasn't much in the way of new players for the offense.  There's Jurgens... and there's the RB.  But against the Pats... the RB was mostly Gainwell, who isn't new.

Agreed, but his comment wasn’t restricted to solely the Offense.

Huh?

He went 8 for 88 and 1 TD.

Solid first half, but Ohio blew the game out towards the end of the first half and at that point they put the clamps down on him.

I was sort of hoping for an extreme to one or the other end for him. I’d rather he had either had a massive game proving he was an elite talent or had been totally overwhelmed.

As things happened it was kind of a decent but unspectacular game for Corley, and because it got out of hand so early I don’t think you can take away much from the second half. So my opinion is I don’t think much was learned (granted I wasn’t watching 22 tape of every snap).

Wish he had some more games against higher competition. I’d also love to see him on a good team against another good team as well. It’s tough when you’re playing against a substantially better team and the opposition can key on you as the only significant threat.

Timely turnover for CU. Great hit.

Your summation is that Griffey is better because you like him better. Bonds is one of the worst things to ever happen to baseball, but in an objective comparison he was still the best player from 1990-2000

I was heavily into fantasy/rotisserie baseball back in the early through mid '90s, and as a math kind of guy with a devotion to statistics, I spent an ish-ton of time in those days working the numbers. And I gotta say without any reservation, that Bonds was hands down the best player in baseball in those years. I mean, not even close. And this was BEFORE all of the steroid speculation came out when Bonds starting putting up insane numbers.

Guys who walk a lot tend to be extremely underrated by fans. And Bonds was the best walker there ever was. (Unless it was still Ted, which is possible I guess.)

Easily -- and I mean precisely that -- the best player I've seen in my lifetime.

After that dirty ass hit, Travis Hunter taken to a local hospital.

I don’t understand watching Penix throwing how he’s so accurate and good.  Everything about his mechanics is unconventional but he’s electric.

Terrible to see Colorado losing right now.  The best thing that could happen to NCAA Football is for Prime to go undefeated and win the national championship this year with Colorado.

From 1990-2000?  Griffey drove in more runs than Bonds did through those years.  Bonds scored about 1,200 runs while Griffey scored around 1,100.  Griffey hit for at least as much power and average, and defensively — where Griffey was an all-timer as a center fielder, Bonds was a little more than a scrub playing left field.

Clean?  Griffey was the superior all-around player.  Steroid freak Bonds years?  A disgrace to baseball and not worthy of analysis

Over rated. Saw a ton at indiana

The tickets are about to get a lot cheaper again barring some major turnaround.

I couldn’t be happier to see him fail fail miserably. Loud mouthed jackarse needed a punch in the mouth.

Curious to see post game handshakes after the cheap shot sent Hunter to the hospital and what both coaches are gonna say.

After little sanders tried to poke someone in the eye? They have no room for righteous indignation.

That absolutely affected the outcome of this game, whatever it winds up being. Complete BS dirty hit.
