Could be a Jalen Carter thing where the legal stuff was quietly resolved, and the civil suit will take another month or two to pop up. Probably particularly quiet because he’s not yet connected to the NFL. We’ll see if anyone touches him, they’ll know 

 

Scott will be active on gameday being KR. Wonder if all RBs will be active, I'd assume so. Zaccheaus at PR is interesting.

All RBs will be active if Scott is KR. Fantasy nightmare if anyone drafted Swift high. I guess if one was to not dress it would be Penny?

I mentioned the log jam forming in F, and that's without those 2 (and not to even mention Moniak!).   Marsh, Rojas, Pache and Crawford... they could be your 3 across the outfield, but I think they need some power in at least one of the corners... maybe that's Harper in RF and Nick in LF next year... but in 2 years.   Marsh seems to developing nicely into a guy that can have some power.  The other 3... speed and defense types.

 

My guess is that 2 of those guys get moved in the next 2 years for some other pieces... likely some pitching.

 

Crawford is 19 now in high A ball, has a frame that will fill out.

Crawford - Rojas - Marsh - Pache - Muzzioti, a pitcher's dream, just keep it in the ball park and they'll go get it.

Thinking they only dress 3 running backs. How about if they bring up Devon Allen as 5th receiver? I'd be happy with that. Maybe he is gunner as well. Will see.

They just don't value those positions.  It's not like they haven't added players but they also must either be comfortable with what they have or don't see a move as cost effective.  It's not like a team can have great players at every position.  I mean we saw what happened when Levon Kirkland was the replacement for Trotter.

I saw an in depth interview with Livvy Dunne.  Pretty smart young business person.  She and her sister have been marketing her for some time.  Leader in NIL money.  She and her sister have set up a company to guide other young women athletes through NIL money and marketing.  NIL is an interesting way of giving students money.  SMU just didn’t realize how ahead of the times it was.

Two offensive, Two defensive captains. You want to throw in a 5th wild card, that’s fine. But 9 captains is dumb. 

I don’t think a special teams captain is necessary but I could be convinced otherwise

I put very small bets on

* Bijan (+275) and Gibbs (+1000) for OROY and Carter (+700) and McDonald (+2200) for DROY). 

* Justin Jefferson (+10000) and Lamar Jackson (+1500) for MVP. 

* Various over-under yardage prop parlays for RBs and WRs.

If Kelce is out for a few games. And with Chris Jones out. They are at best a WC team. Lot of changes there with O-Line as well. NFL won't be able to hand over the Superbowl trophy to Patty and Andy like last year. Losing Tyreek was one thing, but Kelce aaaand Jones is another.
