Still don’t know what exactly to make of Purdy, but a lot of people underestimated him all off-season

I’ll be shocked if Mcaffrey makes it though an entire season with this much usage

Purdy should have 2 picks he just lobs  the ball

And I thought it was obvious that moving Mailata to RT would only happen after Johnson retires.  I think he might leave when Kelce does.  I just don't see him back for more than 2024 at most.  But we don't know where the Eagles are drafting, nor do we know who will be there when the Eagles are on the clock.  So, arguing about it is fruitless.   Either way, an OT is a higher priority to me than DE, and an OT that can play LT is preferred to me than an RT only.

I thought Lane already gave his retirement year? After his contract is up after the 2026 season.

Casty crushed that one.

Reminds me a lot of Romo. But this offense would make almost any QB look good.

Him and Kettle never do

He can always leave sooner.  I think that's the longest he'll stay.  I just don't believe he will.

Hargrave with the sack

Hargrave sacks Daniel Jomes on 3rd down.

Daniel Jones is a piece of crap

I guess it will depend on how he holds up and how the seasons go..,.. he seems like a man of his word and will try to make it till his contract is up

49ers about to blow this one open.  At least it was a game for a quarter and a half.  Longer than I expected.

Lol Purdy bailed out again.

I think I got more arm strength than him

Better pedigree than Ricks and Ringo?

They were both top 20 HS recruits in the country. They played for the 2 best teams in the country in Georgia and Alabama. One is a two time National Champion, who returned a INT for a TD in the title game. They were both 2nd team All-SEC selections. Other than an All American selection I don’t think there is any greater pedigree a player could possibly have.

As far as Lane Johnson retiring, he just signed a contract extension this offseason through 2026. He’s 33 years old now. He did mention that he thought about playing 2 more seasons in 2022, but these things have a way of being flexible. I’m sure the eagles will communicate with him and have an understanding of where he stands on the issue this coming offseason.

Purdy looked like this much of last season as well... never caught a bad break. At some point the law of averages will even itself out.

I’m not trying to hate on the guy, but he’s really not that good.

He’s gotten bailed out on 2 long 3rd downs on screens and that should have been a pick on another bad throw.

Interior OL getting whipped

Do they even throw it deep?

Purdy is Mac Jones without Bill O Brian

I don’t see how they’ll be able to against any decent pass rush.

It feels like 90% of Purdys passes are behind the LOS

You're Charmin soft, can't handle a joke about how quiet the 49ers fans are and empty the stadium is.  Lay off the soy.

Oh yeah? Well…I’m rubber, and you’re a troll.

He's a schmoe in a great position. He gets in 3rd and 14s and he just throws a screen pass and bad teams don't cover the edge.

He throws picks that get dropped. He throws 50/50 meh balls that his guys come down with.

Shanahan schemes some open guys and he makes college level throws to those guys.

The second you need a great QB then he's just another Mac Jones and they are done... unless Dak is worse than him that day and Diggs drops a gift pick in the red zone.

Its not that he never makes good throws, he does that sometimes, but lots of mediocre QBs also do that sometimes.
