Jalen Carter can be as good as he wants to be. The talent is overwhelming.

Carter on the other hand, he is equal parts athletic and technician. That is an extremely EXTREMELY dangerous combination longevity wise. He is so quick and his hands are so accurate too. It was honestly SHOCKING watching some of his cuts for the first time. I was like "I've seen edge rushers with less pass rush moves. He's like a 315 pound defensive end with defensive end speed.

Yeah, I did not say he was similar just the gravity Donald demands. 

Worth taking a shot, but up 10 you want to be able to run the ball.

Maybe I say this just because I was way wrong on Jefferson, but a LOT of GMs never saw that one coming.  He was labeled a slot receiver and that was the exact problem our offense had with guys that could only get open underneath.

The problem though is whether or not he could play outside was basically the ONLY question involving Jefferson. That's probably why that was the most brutal hit for Howie. Did you see he talked about it nearly unprompted on New Heights when the draft came up?

He openly spoke about how that one haunts him, so yeah. Lol.

Yup, but that was the worry with him in the draft.  It’s based on him, he came here with the right attitude and work ethic.  I think the culture has a good impact.
