I think the point is that if the QB is going to be the ball carrier in the middle of a scrum... not a lot of it is visible.  Liberties can be taken.  I have been and still am concerned about the vulnerability of the QB on that play.  I hate it.  I really do.  I like its effectiveness, but really hate the fact that the QB is the battering ram and that LBs can fly over the top of the pile and could be having helmet to helmet collisions with the QB.  I just don't think its a safe play, and I wish that the team would do other things.  I know that its super effective... but I do wonder how long before it ends up costing us a lot.

They took an x-ray of his chest and there’s was a giant mass on his left lung. It was the size of a hand. At that point my vet didn’t think it could be operated on. It was too big and close to his aorta.

So I had to make an appointment for a CT scan to definitively know if it was operable and if he could have chemo/radiation. So on Monday that happened. And we found out it could be removed and still have a good quality of life afterwards and recovery was usually really good.

His surgery was this morning into the afternoon. And it was super stressful. I know it’s not a person or family member like a brother or sister or parents, but this place is the only thing  that helped me the pass time so that I wasn’t continuously just thinking about the worst. So just wanted to say thank you to everyone even though you guys didn’t know it you helped me really get through a challenging week.

Yup, I loved Witten in that draft, I thought he was the best TE in that draft, Reid and others thought he was too slow, and wanted a faster athletic TE and LJ fit that too bad he had bricks for hands.

Having said that I thought Parsons was the best player in his draft, but I'm glad we got Slim reaper.

Though if Howie hadn't screwed up by drafting reagor the year before maybe he takes Parsons the next though I doubt it as they probably saw him as an off ball LB not the beast at edge he's become.

His teammates call him ghost and Slay said he’s milk that doesn’t spoil. It sure seems like Reed doesn’t take it personal at all. But it certainly is a case by case basis.
