Skimming the article, it sounds like he admitted a lot of it for a book he wrote. Apparently he was diagnosed with cancer and wanted to spill the beans now that it doesn't matter anymore.

As the story goes it was his Nephew who killed Tupac whose now dead. This guy was allegedly in the car. It was also his house that got raided a few months ago, so I'm guessing they found something to at least make him an accessory.

Ah, so he didn't pull the trigger but was in the car with who did. I think there was even a 30 for 30 episode on this at one point.

No, just realized I worded that weird lol. His Nephew is now dead, not Tupac. He's still alive.
