Did the eagles player commit a penalty? If the answer is yes, the conversation is over. Because you should not be committing penalties and that’s on the eagles. The officials missed the other call that is another issue. That doesn’t excuse  the Eagles
 

so again, I ask you is it a penalty on Dickerson? The answer is yes. THAT’S ON THE EAGLES.
