the 2nd down pass to Brown could have been PI since Forbes grabbed his arm well before the ball got there and definitely altered his ability to make the catch.

He waved his arm, but never went above his head.

Not sure what’s worse. Eagles red zone offense that’s 6-13 on the season or red zone defense that’s given up 10 tds in 14 trips
