No, it was behind the LOS and both players were eligible.

The reason I'm asking is because they made the verbiage "eligible receiver" as if the handoff if forward is like a pass. It's curious why they even emphasized the new wording if nothing really changes.

I understand it is talking about behind the LOS, but why does it matter if it's forward behind the LOS at all? Technically you could pass the ball forward behind the LOS, so unless they are ruling a forward handoff a pass in all events, this clarification is pointless. I'm not trying to argue for the sake of arguing, but would like to see them explain why handoff direction matters in any spot on the field. Why is it a run behind the LOS and a pass beyond it? It's like they didn't think this through.

NFL Forward Handoff rule states that the ball can be handed to only an eligible receiver when the carrier is behind the Scrimmage line.

The result of penalty will be 5 yards and replay of downs.

NFL read option 2023 rule will penalize teams handing out a football on a read option. An illegal forward pass will now be a penalty. Previously, NFL read option rule stated quarterbacks can be tackled if they are carrying out a fake. It does not matter if they are not in possession of the ball.

Not sure what your source is but seems as if they're misinterpreting the rule somewhat.

That was a clear play that Kelce would have caught. I think the dude let up because he felt the safety coming

I went there today. Rolled chicken tacos are back, and a new item- chicken enchillada burito. It was good. They supposedly brought fries back again, and for the first time ever, are supposed to have a new large order on the menu. But I didnt see any signage for fries right now so I didnt order them today.

It was actually my first time there in a little while. I dont hit it nearly as much as I used to.

They can’t have a large order on the menu.  Toilets aren’t big enough.

Probably game there. Kc will score twice now

Don’t go round strangers til you test negative. Prob will take a weekish

Lions putting up a good fight so far

Missed the false start on the offense

Lions defense looks solid.

Kelce or no, Mahomes numbers aren't usually this pedestrian

Hutchinsons mom has no idea what's going on.

I didn't test negative until day 10, but my last couple symptoms cleared up by day 6. I wonder how infectious I was after that because I stopped isolating in my bedroom then and stopped wearing a mask the next day. Nobody else caught it in my house.

CGJ didn't even attempt to tackle the receiver in bounds lol

It's me, the resident EMB uniform critic. Really wish the entire white uniform with no stripes on pants or socks would go away. Teams just look like they are wearing their practice gear. This "icey white", hate typing it, fad needs to die.

The Lions had such a terrific look with their silver pants.

Swing and a miss lol

And the Chiefs get the ball after the half. Could start getting out of control here for Detroit.

You watch the red carpet interviews before award shows to hear them talk about their cloths, I bet.

It's not the greatest streaming service.  I've been watching a show on there and it buffers way more than other services.
