Yep, exactly what they needed a solid vet slot CB.  Obviously you'd love a stud but a guy who can battle in there is best you can hope for at least before deadline

He also didn't have surgery, unlike Maddox who did after multiple opinions. They don't really relate.

Why not just sign him to the PS? He's going to need time anyway

I'd be ok with trading Watkins for Chinn because Watkins is in the last year of his contract and it's not like they are going to te sign him so why not trade him And get something for him in return rather than lose him for nothing.

Having said that if he's so horrible why would anyone trade for him?

It's a common theme on this board for posters to rip a player and say he sucks and is trash then in the same breath suggest trading them for a 1st round pick and Jerry Rice in his prime...😒

If Watkins can be a chip to bring in some secondary help than that would be great, if not like I said when Quez gets back it can only help the offense as he's a legit deep threat.

Eagles sign a vet slot CB.  Imagine the worse of Ricks or Goodrich goes to the PS in K Johnson’s spot.  My money is on Goodrich.  So I spent time today trying to find out who the Eagles brought in for Tryout Tuesday and nada until the signing was announced.  Another fail by the beats but as soon as one announced, they all did.  Really need to just find out which one is the actual reporter and unfollow all of the mimics.

Watkins hit playing time escalators in the last 3 years so he costs almost $3M this year.

What's the deal on Roby?  Can he play inside so Bradberry can bounce back to the outside?

If Watkins had those exact same stats eagle fans would be killing him  but OZ puts up that and all the sudden he's the next Travis fulgham...🤔

Glad OZ has made a few plays and I hope he continues to but when watkins gets back if he can play up to his potential he's s guy defenses have to account for deep and gives the eagles one more weapon and one more thing for defenses to worry about.

This is the 2nd time I've seen you bring up Travis Fugem. Where is all of this OZ hype coming from that you're seeing? I'm just not seeing it. He gets like 1 pass a game if that.

He's been the Saints primary slot corner recently so I imagine that's the plan. Worth a shot at this point.
