I’m not going back and studying the all22, but it just seems really obvious to me that the biggest problem for the secondary is their alignment and communication.

Like really obvious.

well thats ok but wouldnt the same explanation stand for the other side of the LOS in which case Dickerson was not offsides?

No, because he got set with his hand half way up the ball even after Kelce moved it forward

Corners who have even an ounce of ability are valuable these days. Young and talented. Not that complicated

Talented?  If corners with an ounce of ability are valuable and he’s talented, why wasn’t he drafted?

How many 2nd year udfas in the entire nfl could switch rosters right now without falling off to a practice squad?

Helluva throw and catch

the yardage on the receptions is excellent. Considering the speed and quickness of those washington WRs, limiting the damage and allowing basically no RAC is huge. That is an excellent game imo.

A TD in one game and a PI in another are obviously negatives, but this is a heck or a performance for a UDFA in his first extended starting action. If we received this play from a high draft pick I think he would be looked at with a load of promise and excitement.

Communication really seems like the biggest issue to me currently. It's pretty apparent because it seems like every time a team goes bunch formation against us there's at least one receiver wide open.

With the secondary convo, all i know is if the broncos make surtain available to try to get picks to maneuver to get a Qb in next years draft (doubtful) im 100% intrigued and think he’s a long term solution for the eagles once bradberry and slay are gone and i believe he can play slot til then

oh boy....

Im surprised youre insinuating there are no talented UDFAs.

I think youre digging in a little too hard on this one. Take a few more games and see if the evidence piling up on your side of the scale.

Oof. That's rough.

I think they just keep rotating punters every 3 weeks through the practice squad until one actually proves themselves worth a damn.  Dean's spot will be opened by Jurgens going on IR.  No doubt he will since Dean went out on IR with a foot injury.

I had asked this earlier and never found out what the answer is.

Can they continually rotate off the PS?  Once Mann is called up 3 times is that it for the year or could he be cut all together and then brought back to the PS again and called up another 3 times?

I wonder if the Eagles found a loophole in the call up rules.

No bueno

No. He can only be elevated 3 times for the Eagles in a year.

Not good. Why need to add on runs when given the amount of chance the Phillies have had and out them away

Here we go. Strap in.

Oh I see.

When did Farva become a baseball player for the Marlins?

Phew

Phew. Was sweating on that one.

Gonna be the most stressful last 6 outs

No that's the point, I think they are just going to go with a different punter every 3 weeks until one shows themselves worth a damn to spend a roster spot on.  They will probably go through 4 or 5 this season or more before bringing back the best one for the playoffs unless they strike gold before then.

Yeah let's trade for Claypool so he can be 4th or 5th in targets.  Then he'll complain we aren't using him correctly.

Chiefs don't have any good WRs.  They are all OK to solid.  If he is as good as he thinks than he should have no issue being the top guy there.

He'll have the best QB and offensive coach.  No excuses if he doesn't succeed.

Maybe he just sucks like JJ and Reagor.

Hard pass on that dude.

Jobe has 2 starts under his belt. No idea how you make a definitive determination based on that.

I don't see anyone claiming Jobe is some pro-bowl corner, but he's no Bradley Fletcher/Cary Williams. Right now he's average at best, and has room for improvement. Jobe was with the team all last year and has a good grasp on the system. Throwing someone like Ringo or Ricks out there that have a combined total of 2 snaps in the NFL is not going to work out well in the short term. If they don't do well after 2 games do you just move on from them too?

Bring the robot overlord umps already. Sheesh.
