I’d have kept him in too.

Alvarado had great stuff and excellent location tonight.  The batting champ flared one into the gap.  Not sure anyone but Alvarado is the best option to get the next out.

Nothing dirty about this play at all. When you go full speed, you're going to fall different ways when going to the ground. More of the no place in the game stuff that seems to be said way too much.
