I think a B for Hurts so far is being generous and a tad biased. He's still got rust going into week 5

Swift is definitely driving. The run game will take a dip if he gets injured

Agreed about the rest

This might rise to the level of, "He's still basically a rookie."

Good thing is we've seen him improve before. I'm blaming the new QB coach

Guessing they want as many picks as possible to make a move in the draft to potentially get the Qb they want. I’m curious to see if surtain becomes available. I think he has the most value on that team and he’d be worth trading the capital for cause he’s young and one of the better CBs on the league so you are set for a long time. Also versatile and can play inside and outside.

I would normally say that any team would be stupid to part with a guy like that.  But they were already stupid with the amount of draft capital (and money) they gave up for an aging quarterback that needed his mobility to be successful.  Now they actually need to recover some of that capital.  He would not come cheap, however.

Do you mean Tutu? Kupp and Nacua are both 6'2"

Well, they play like they are 5’10”.

Which is still taller than me…

And the Eagles also control their own destiny to win the #1 seed with a game against the niners at home.

F them Cowboys!

Only play the 49ers once and Eagles have to go through a gauntlet of good teams this season unlike the 49ers so the Eagles will be picking up losses here at some point whereas the 49ers the losses will be hard to come by.

Insane. Poles is awful.

Dude he finagled a couple late 4ths, he's clearly a genius

A guy that flips hot dogs and hamburgers somewhere can tell you suck, Evan. Not the flex you think it is.

Credit to the Giants fans for actually showing up to the games despite that franchise being a dumpster fire for a decade now.

I think Watkins cap number this season is 2.7 vs. 1.0 for Zaccheus.  I think Watkins has elite speed.  He has problems with drops and catching in traffic. Zaccheus seems to provide a reasonable slot option and has gotten open and made catches.  He hasn't looked as uncomfortable as Watkins has looked at times catching over the middle of the field.  He's a number 3 WR and should be a 4th target.  My point about Watkins is mostly that Carolina has a big need at WR and he might keep Chinn's cost down.  Watkins will be gone at the end of this season.  Watkins' speed shows up on film and Reich will be able to use him. Watkins is a helpful player just because teams need to respect his speed.  What his speed adds isn't better than what Chinn would add to the secondary.

Totally agree except the OZ has gotten open and made catches, I mean technically 3 catches in 4 games is catches( plural) but come on now

I always thought Watkins was miscast as a slot, his skill set is better suited as a traditional field stretching Z WR.

He doesn't really have the shiftiness or quick change of direction to be a threat in the slot.

I don't think OZ is that great as a slot either but the slot fits his skill set more than slot fits Watkins skill set.

Like I said Id have zero problem trading Watkins in a chinn deal.

I just don't agree that OZ is better than Watkins, nor do I think OZ is that good either.

He's ok but defenses don't need to game plan for him where as with Watkins if a defense doesn't account for his speed Watkins will can and has beaten teams over the top.

I’m eager to see more of him as well, he needs the reps to refine his game. That said, Fletcher has been playing very well.

Well that sucks, he's been playing lights out.

I thought he was washed in 2020  but these first 4 games I'd say I've been the most surprised by his play, he's been dominant.

Hopefully this isn't something that details him.

I thought he played pretty well last year as well. But I know what you’re saying.

Interesting that niners are right in the middle.

Not surprised eagles are where they are, I'm also guessing the brotherly shove helps the win rate?

If I'm reading the graph correctly, which I'm not entirely sure I am🤷‍♂️

Sounds like you're already conceding the top seed to the Niners, which is all the more reason to root for them to beat Dallas.

When the Eagles win the division comfortably, have to play a wild card game, and have to travel to SF for the nfccg, we’ll all wish Dallas beat SF.

No

Win the division first then worry about seeding.

Winning the division IS worrying about seeding though.  As the division winner, you get no worse than the #4 seed, which guarantees at least ONE home game.  As the division winner, you could get the #2 seed, which guarantees TWO home games (if you win the first one, obviously), and then winning the division also means you could be the #1 seed, giving you all the playoff games at home.

If you don't win the division, your best result is the #5 seed which guarantees you are on the road for games 1 and 2, and practically guarantees that you are on the road for all 3... though there is a slim chance that #6 or #7 could also win their 2 games and you get to hose.

I know we don't like the 49ers, but the division is ALWAYS the first priority.   The 49ers might get their QB killed again... it happened 4 times last year.  Who is to know what their season will hold?  We will pull 49ers over Dallas... and then we take care of the 49ers ourselves.
