Defense is massively better this year due to harper playing first. He’s better than Rhys. And Rojas and marsh/pache make that outfield much better. You get defensive runs saved cause of it.

hopefully they get to the World Series so we can see Rhys again. Cause this lineup with him in it would be ridiculous.

100%, and he still has a lot to learn about playing the position, as we saw last night. 

 

Rhys as a pinch hitter in a big spot will be awesome.   Not sure about him in the DH role... but if he can do it... it changes a lot.   You take out Rojas to put Marsh in CF and Schwarber in LF and let Rhys DH.  And where does he hit?   Do you add him to the 5 spot and push Realmuto and Castellanos lower... or do you put him in the 9 hole... and really screw with the Braves' heads!?

You are probably right.  Likely 15 is more appropriate.  

On second thought @e-a-g-l-e-s eagles!.  If Rhys can go in the WS... I stick with Rojas in CF to help cover for Schwarber in LF (Marsh is nice, but he can't do that).  The addition of Rhys to the lineup makes up for losing Marsh's bat.   Heck, we won this series in 2 straight and Marsh did nothing.  So, it would be a swap of Rhys in for Pache!   That's a massive offensive upgrade.   Schwarber into LF for Pache is a downgrade, but I can handle that.

I have Rhys likely in the 5 hole. But i think cause he’s just coming back he’s likely at the bottom of the lineup cause he hasn’t played in a long time. So I’m guessing he’d start out there. They’d definitely go Rojas/marsh platoon depending on lefty or righty on the mound. Frankly I’d love to move relamuto down cause with RISP he just can’t hit and it’s been that all year. Hard to have him right in the heart of the order when he’s hitting below .200 with RISP.
