  • Personal Note: Today was a tough day. My wife’s father passed away after a long battle with cancer at 3am this morning. He has 2 son-in-laws, and our teams are the Eagles and Bucs. So…it was kind

I don’t believe that’s how it works though. My understanding is the NFL deems all personal fouls as fine worthy unless under review they determine that it should not have been called. I’ve read that multiple times, but perhaps it’s just an echo chamber.

So every face mask gets fined?  Every roughing the passer?    That has never been reported.   I think that it is very probable that every personal foul is reviewed, to see if it warrants MORE than just the 15 yards.  If that's the case, then Brown's taunting call also would have been fined.  I think the folks you are seeing write that are mistaken.  If I am mistaken, I'd love to read that in the rule book.

Will they ban players from pushing a running back also.  Happens all the time and refs are really slow on killing the play.

Because the play isn't over until their forward progress is stopped.  In fact, back in the old days... the knee being down was not the determining factor for the end of the play, it was always forward progress.

Is it just me or is Lawrence nothing special? He flashes here and there but, I would think he would take it another level in his third year

Press Taylor.

It's pretty amusing that they think the Giants are so ass that my local game is Ravens/Steelers lol

Bryce Young somehow managed to get himself picked off on a screen by Aiden Hutchinson. Hutchinson took a nasty shot to the leg on the runback though.

This Achane kid is a good runner but he has already lost the ball twice. The first time it went out of bounds but the Giants recovered this time.

I'm at youth football.  Probably going to be late for eagles kickoff.

I kindly command you not to post about the game till about 5-5:30.

You're posting about it now.

Steelers, Patriots, Panthers are all so bad

Miles Sanders: "This is the best offensive line I’ve ever played with.”  😂😂

Getting the Patriots in week 1 in the rain is the toughest version of that team that will play all year. They had surprise, the elements and home-field. Now they're hurt and Jones turned into a pumpkin (he was fine the first 2 weeks).

Just had a 70+ yard TD lol

Giants are the worst team in the league

The saints are bad too but they’re embarrassing the Patriots. Thanks, Bill. Want a high 2nd rounder.

Patriots are trying to catch them. Started the season off decent and now just getting destroyed in every game and Mac Jones is awful.

What little I've seen of Pickett, he's pretty bad too. Completely unimpressive.

No matter the outcome of this game it's just important that the fanbase has Jalen Hurts back.

The 1pm games today aren't particularly interesting.

I can't believe people here actually wanted him coming out of the draft.  I never trusted a 5 year college player who didn't break out in college until the 5th year.

Richardson looks to have seriously hurt his right shoulder on a run.  That's why local media going after Hurts for getting down and avoiding hits this season is absurd.

If Belichick parts ways with NE after this season, he will be Washington’s next coach. Josh Harris will want someone of prominence to lead his franchise.

That Achane can fly

Here's a question I find interesting...

Why are the Steelers the only team in the league that only puts their logo on one side of their helmet?
