Yup.  Just replayed it.  Not sure why the clock didn't stop.   Does it not stop in the first half when running out of bounds?   The official even signaled for the clock to stop.

Awesome to see Brandon Graham get a half sack I'm the game he passed Briam Dawkins as having the most games played as an Eagles player.
