This is correct. I've said it before, we should just maul teams and make them overcommit if we're so dedicated to having no short passing game.

That was more a problem of the defense the first half, and to be fair, at one point we had a USFL secondary due to injuries.

Teams adjusted, they've decided they won't give up big plays to WRs and let the Eagles dink and dunk and take their chances.

The best way to set up big plays is to consistently make little plays, get the safeties to cheat against the run or try to jump underneath routes, and burn 'em.

Works like a charm against our defense!

Weird game tonight. I want the Saints to lose for the draft pick but Rams are playing better and a win makes them more likely to face us in the wildcard round.

I feel like at this point, with our defense and all other struggles, it might not matter who we play, so may as well pull for that draft pick to improve as much as possible.

Yea, that’s what I’m leaning towards. Who knows if we even finish with the #2 seed at this point also.
