Are there really any winners in that situation?

According to Jeff McClane (again with him) and it says calling at the line of scrimmage.

Under. They need to fix the offense if they want to compete in the postseason. Not the time to be playing up to a meme bit.

I wasn’t asking about what they should do but rather what they would do.

The eagles are probably trying to preserve Brian Johnson's value on the HC market. Value that can bring them two 3rd round picks if he is hired away. Picks that can help bring us a Hurts upgrade.

@mattwill

Eagles - 24

Giants - 20

Bonus: We get at least one pick and 2+ sacks

Where would Jalen be without A.J., DeVonta and Goedert? Maybe give him Carolina's O line. Football is referred to as a team sport for a reason.

Where would Mahomes be without Kelce, Josh Allen without Diggs (we know he got better after they got Diggs), Prescott without Lamb, etc.

Eric Rowe with an interception

TIL he is with the Steelers

Eric Rowe with the INT.

no good games today

When was the last time that they did the smart thing?

That's not reassuring news.

Perhaps, but not knowing the full context of this, that headline/sentence means very little.

That's a catch. Crazy

thats a great catch

I think Pickett lost his job lol

That's not really an insult.  Joe Montana was primarily a game manager.   Same with Brady.  Take what the defense gives you, over and over and over.   You don't go broke taking a profit.

I haven't heard too many people call Brady a game manager outside of those first couple seasons (which he was back then.) I get what you're saying though, but I'd say most fans typically use it as a slight rather than a compliment. One of the replies to my post even calls him a JAG. What you're describing is what I would call a QB being efficient, but I guess some "game managers" can be more efficient than others.

Purdy is playing pretty damn well at the moment. He's seeing the field well, making accurate throws, and putting up nice numbers against good teams. That being said, I still think he's beatable along with every other QB in the league. The original post I replied to implied that it'll be either Purdy or Mahomes to win it this year but I think it's way more wide open than that.

dont argue with a box score scout.

Yeah I've never seen him play, and clearly he's just putting up numbers in garbage time. Good call.

A Steelers' W is good for our 2nd round Saints pick.

Boston Scott has 16 carries all year. The most in a game is 5. He has 5 games without a single carry. Given the last 3 weeks, if the Eagles are game planning anything at all involving Boston Scott just because it’s the Giants they are a very unserious team.

The only way he should get any touches is in a blow out.
